Site Preparation

To ensure you have the smoothest shed delivery possible, we ask for some assistance.

Please make sure that all tree branches that might cause delivery issues are trimmed or tied back. If there are low hanging wires that our team needs to watch out for, please inform the driver prior to delivering your structure.

If a property line is to be crossed, the customer is required to make necessary arrangements with the neighbors prior to the delivery of a storage shed.

Shed Delivery Day

After placing your storage Shed order, a customer representative will contact you to arrange a date that works for both you and our delivery driver.

We will do our best to work with you and your schedule in the most convenient way possible. Any balance due is required to be paid on delivery day.

Shed Placement

On delivery day, your shed will be delivered and set up on the site you prepared.

The driver will use our Shed Mule to ensure your property is not damaged and your shed is placed exactly where you want it.

Minimal Lawn Damage

A beautiful lawn takes a lot of work, and we want to do our best to protect all your effort.

Before delivery, you must confirm with our team that your lawn is dry enough for delivery. All sprinklers in your yard should be shut off and any sprinkler heads need to be marked to avoid being driven over.

While we will do our best to avoid any tracks or ruts, Quality Storage Buildings is not responsible for any caused by the delivery truck, trailer, or equipment.

Delivery & Site Placement Charges?

All charges are set at our discretion. Sites that take longer than normal to navigate or buildings that take longer than normal to situate, could incur an extra charge. You will not be charged extra unless informed by the driver or logistics coordinator prior to the shed being placed.
