Our Rent-to-Own plan makes owning your own storage shed just that, easy! How easy? Try no approval necessary easy! That’s right, you are pre-approved for our rent-to-own plan right away. No credit check, no questions, no hassle!

Convenient

Our Rent-to-Own plan makes paying for a new storage shed or structure extremely convenient. It offers a simple contract without all the red tape of traditional financing. Plus, it’s a true rental! If at any point you decided you no longer want the building, you can cancel your payments and we’ll pick up the storage shed or structure at no further cost to you! Want to purchase the building early? Simply pay 60% of the remaining balance on. Your 36-month rental and it’s yours!

The biggest benefit of Rent-to-Own is it’s affordability! For comparable cost to a storage unit, you can work towards owning your own storage shed or structure! Our 36-month plan requires a 3-month down payment followed by 33 monthly payments, that’s it. No hidden fees, no surprises, just easy low monthly payments. Since our Rent-to-Own plan is not a traditional financing plan, there is no interest rate. Part of your monthly payment plan goes towards your storage shed or structure and the other part goes towards renting the building.
Nope! Our Rent-to-Own plan does not require a credit check or approval to enroll. Simply put a three-month deposit down and you’re good to go!
Absolutely! At any point you can purchase your building outright by simply paying off 60% of your remaining 36-month balance.
Yes, you can! Since it’s a true rental, if you no longer want the storage shed or structure, simply cancel anytime and we’ll pick up the building at no extra cost to you!
Rent-to-Own payments are set up and made with automatic ACH withdrawal through your checking account.
