One of our sales associates will reach out to answer any additional questions you may have and walk you through the order process. They’ll discuss all the details of your greenhouse and arrange delivery to your property. After everything is confirmed and we’ve received your deposit, the order will be finalized.

Lead times can vary depending on the type of building you purchase. Prefab Greenhouses that are already built and available on one of our sales lots typically arrive within a week. For custom orders or buildings to be built, the standard lead time is approximately 4 weeks. This ensures every structure meets our high-quality standards and any specific customization requests.

Most areas do not require a permit for our prefab greenhouses because we offer only two sizes, 8×10 and 10×12, which are generally exempt from permit requirements in many jurisdictions. Requirements can vary by location, and permits may still be needed if you plan to add electrical service, heat lamps, or other utilities. Before purchasing and scheduling delivery, we recommend checking with your local building department to confirm any applicable permit requirements.
