14×26 Garage Customer Story
“13 Years ago we purchased a 14X26 garage. Its intended purpose was to hold some yard tools and a Kia Sonata. On delivery day, after the shed was dropped off, the garage was totally uneven, and it was 100% our fault. Not knowing what we were doing, the gravel pad was not near compact enough, the correct gravel, or level enough.
I called at the time and to my amazement, you came out and told us what we did wrong and how to level the gravel. What’s more, you came and moved the garage so we could work on the pad and level it with the correct gravel. You came back a third time and moved the garage again, onto the pad we made that had the level gravel. The most amazing part is you didn’t charge us a dime. 13 years later I’m not sure this kind of empathy and customer service still exists, but I believe it still does in your company. Now, the number of cars we have had to store in garages has been reduced as we have had sons move away to college.
The garage we bought from you 13 years ago has been finished off and turned into a home gym/she shed/last son in the house friends hang out (it serves many purposes) . The quality of construction of the garage we bought years ago made this project straight forward. You built this thing well 13 years ago. It’s gone from a place to store my son’s cars and my lawnmower to this. Thank you for your customer service years ago, and your “garage” looks pretty sweet now.“
