Once you have selected a prefab structure or used our 3D Builder, to decide on a style, size, and siding your request can be submitted online or by phone. One of our sales associates will answer any additional questions you may have and walk you through the order process. Our team will make sure that the windows and doors are positioned at the right locations to best meet your needs. Color choices, siding, trim, roofing, etc. will be confirmed and after receiving your deposit, the order will be finalized!

Lead times can vary depending on the type of building you purchase. If the structure is already built and available on one of our sales lots, delivery typically takes place within a week. For custom orders or buildings that need to be built, the standard lead time is approximately four weeks. This ensures every structure meets our high-quality standards and any specific customization requests.

Custom built sheds can be purchased outright or on a Rent-To-Own payment plan option.
